rename PSI classes according to current terminology:

KtMultiDeclaration(Entry) -> KtDestructuringDeclaration(Entry)
KtFunctionLiteralExpression -> KtLambdaExpression
KtFunctionLiteralArgument -> KtLambdaArgument
KtDelegationSpecifierList -> KtSuperTypeList
KtDelegationSpecifier -> KtSuperTypeListEntry
KtDelegatorToSuperClass -> KtSuperTypeEntry
KtDelegatorToSuperCall -> KtSuperTypeCallEntry
KtDelegationByExpressionSpecifier ->KtDelegatedSuperTypeEntry
